HOW IT WORKS
PERSONAL TRAINING
Train one-on-one at your home, garden or local park. I arrive with all the equipment you could need and more to put you through a tough but friendly and rewarding session.
Sessions are adapted to the individual but will contain some type of progressive strength and conditioning. I will monitor your form and record your workout so each time you can be that little bit better and you will be able to see your progress.
Your safety is always a priority, as well as making sure form and technique is correct, full Covid precautions are taken and all equipment is fully sanitized before and after use.
