PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Train one-on-one at your home, garden or local park. I arrive with all the equipment you could need and more to put you through a tough but friendly and rewarding session. 

  • Sessions are adapted to the individual but will contain some type of progressive strength and conditioning. I will monitor your form and record your workout so each time you can be that little bit better and you will be able to see your progress.

  • Your safety is always a priority, as well as making sure form and technique is correct, full Covid precautions are taken and all equipment is fully sanitized before and after use.
